APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Ridgemeade Farm’s website and social media, you agree that the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, Erie County, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ridgemeade Farm or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Ridgemeadefarm.com or to products you purchase through Ridgemeade Farm shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Erie, Pennsylvania, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Ridgemeade Farm intellectual property rights, Ridgemeade Farm may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Pennsylvania, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
PAYMENTS, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All pricing, fees, and charges are in United States Dollars (USD).
If you purchase a Ridgemeade Farm product, event ticket, course, coaching session, or service and are not 100% satisfied, simply email us at info@ridgemeadefarm.com to request a full refund. Refunds are not granted after refund periods end. The refund request widow terminates after 15 days from date of purcahse.
Updating Your Credit Card or Payment Details
Upon a payment not being made in a timely manner (including if a card has expired or is otherwise declined), we will email you about the non-payment and provide you with an opportunity to update your existing credit card or add a new credit card for payment processing. The email will contain a link to an online form that you can use to update your payment details. Or you can email us at info@ridgemeadefarm.com to schedule a phone call tiem update by phone.
How We Contact You Upon Payment Failure
If you do not update your payment details after receiving the first email, the same steps will occur for two subsequent payment failures. After the third decline and the third email has been sent, if you have not updated your payment details the case will be escalated to our customer service team and they will attempt to contact you by email and/or phone. If after three contact attempts by our customer service team, if payment remains outstanding, we will send one final notice of cancellation via mail to your physical address. Upon 30 days from the third decline, if payment remains outstanding, your access to the course will be terminated, your profile will be removed from any membership plans, directories, or other associated customer benefit areas, you will be removed from our private Facebook Group(s). We reserve the right to make additional communications but are not obliged to do so.
If, after termination, you would like to bring your account into good standing and recommence your studies, re-enrollment will be at our sole discretion.
