Words like “organic,” “regenerative,” and “natural” have been drained of meaning, co-opted by marketing departments and big industry.

We don’t chase labels. Instead, we simply keep adopting the best possible practices that embody what those terms are actually supposed to mean.

On the legendary shores of Lake Erie, we raise terroir-driven lamb from birth to harvest on chemical-free, native pastures shaped by the lake’s unique geography and microclimate.

Alongside our lamb, we offer forest-raised pork, pastured poultry and eggs, rare Italian garlic, heirloom cut flowers, award-winning spirits, and curated farm experiences. Every enterprise is tended with a devotion we believe far exceeds USDA Organic standards.

Our meats, flowers, produce, and spirits are for discerning chefs and private buyers who understand that exceptional quality requires exceptional care. Allocations are limited. Quality is not.

We carry forward the time-tested methods of our mentors and heroes, John and Sukey Jamison — America’s most celebrated lamb producers — right here on Lake Erie’s shores. From their pasture management to proprietary processing techniques developed alongside Julia Child, we are committed to the standards that made Jamison Farm legendary.

Beyond Lamb: A Culinary Experience

A farm and what it produces should be a feast for the senses. Alongside our lamb, we also cultivate rare Italian and French garlic varieties, award-winning spirits from our on-farm distillery, heirloom cut flowers, and farm events.
