Welcome to a transformative journey that will guide you towards a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle. Our 12-Week Metabolism Reboot is meticulously designed to educate and empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions and profound, immediate changes to your health.

Comprehensive Ancestral Health Education:

Throughout this program, you will receive daily lessons on a wide range of crucial health topics, delivered in a logical and progressive manner. These include:

  • Diet and Nutrition: Learn about macronutrients, grains, healthy fats, gut health, hydration, cravings, snacking, meal frequency, intermittent fasting, and more.

  • Exercise: Incorporate regular movement, micro workouts, strength training, sprinting, and other essential physical activities into your routine.

  • Sleep: Improve your sleep hygiene, morning routine, napping habits, and manage blue light exposure for better rest.

  • Lifestyle Behaviors: Enhance your well-being with sun exposure, play, and frequent work breaks.

  • Stress Management: Master breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and other stress-relief practices.

  • Mindset: Develop a positive mindset with lessons on identity goals, intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation, overcoming negative self-talk, making time for health, and more.

Daily Lessons and Activities:

  • Completing a SMART goals worksheet

  • Conducting a pantry purge

  • Restocking your kitchen with supportive foods

  • Checking your ACEs (Appetite, Cravings, Energy) throughout the day

  • Practicing habit stacking exercises

  • Eating WHEN (When Hunger Ensues Naturally)

  • Performing three micro workouts during the day (no, gym, equipment, or experience needed!)

  • Completing a stress audit

  • Trying a new breathing or mindfulness exercise

  • Practicing a peaceful morning routine to set the tone for your day(s)

  • Recording weekly health metrics

  • Conducting a five-minute meditation

Tracking Progress:

To ensure you stay on track and see results, you'll be encouraged to record your daily progress on various actions and weekly metrics. This approach helps you manage and measure your improvements effectively and helps me as a coach understand any potential difficulties or roadblocks you may encounter.

In-App Communication:

Stay connected with me through my custom app's in-app messaging feature. You can send and receive text, audio, video, and attachments. As I follow your journey, I’ll also be sending you occasional text messages related to your daily lessons, current news related to what you’re learning or experiencing, etc.
