Our food has not been adulterated in any way to maintain shelf life, offer consistency or create a repeatable product like the industrial ‘foods’ you find in grocery stores. We use no dyes, gases, or other techniques of manipulation or artificial preservation. Our foods and the claims we make about their holistic benefits are not addressed or enforced or approved or guaranteed or overseen by the USDA, FDA, NCDA or any other government entity.
