At Ridgemeade we LOVE collaboration. Our 100+acre farm has countless assets that are being underutilized and just waiting for the right, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial person to come along - as long as it fits our ethos: dynamic sustainability, diversity, and regenerative.

We are ready to do what we can to make our collaboration a success! We are open to any idea you may have, from running school tours to market gardening; from being the dedicated one-room-school-house teacher to running our school tours operation or your own 500 broiler chickens on the back forty.
