Situated less than four miles south of Lake Erie, the farm lies in a truly unique microclimate with seasonal temperatures buffered by the lake, and soft, loamy soil left behind from the Laurentide Ice Sheet 20,000 years ago. The farm consists of roughly 200 acres of rich pastures, woodlands, riparian areas, orchards, and market gardens.
