Gandoderma tsygae (Reishi Mushroom)
Also known as "Song Shan Ling Zhi," Reishi (Ganoderma tsugae) is highly esteemed due to its wide variety of uses. It has traditionally been used to support daily stress, help improve sleep, lessen fatigue, and balance immune system function. Reishi is also rich in triterpenes, triterpenoids, beta-glucans and peptidoglycans, which have been studied for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
