Honeymoon Garlic
A whole ‘old world’ of flavor!
This wild, French and Italian garlic was personally collected by us on various trips to Italy and during our honeymoon in France. It began as very small bulbs featuring a dark, purple undertone. We’ve been propagating it since 2013 and now have large bulbs featuring no less than 8 cloves per head. It is truly one of a kind - ideal for the saute pan and any dishes requiring a traditional, robust garlic flavor (lamb, pasta, fish).
