This wild, French garlic was personally collected by us in 2017 in a small market in Beaune, courtesy of the Cooks Attelier, during our honeymoon. It began as very small bulbs featuring a dark, purple undertone. We’ve been propagating it since and now have medium-large bulbs featuring rich, wild-garlic flavor - perfect for slow sautéing or for any dishes requiring a traditional, robust garlic flavor (lamb, game birds, heavier fish).
