Raised on native pastures along the southern shore of Lake Erie—reminiscent of France’s famed Sisteron Valley—our lamb is 100% grass-fed and finished, chemical- and drug-free, and produced in perfect alignment with the methods and mentorship of John and Sukey Jamison, the legendary farmers behind America’s most celebrated lamb.

This is terroir-driven meat with a story, a soul, and a steadfast standard of culinary excellence. Chef allocations are by invitation only, extended to those who share our commitment to quality and care. A limited number of shares are available each season for ¼ ($17/lb), ½ ($15/lb), and whole lamb ($14/lb) purchases.

We don’t stock shelves. We build relationships—relationships that carry forward a legacy of excellence, from pasture to plate.
