Our price is a competitive $2.45 per lb of hanging weight as measured by our USDA certified butcher, plus a $60-$125 butcher fee depending on your selection (size of box). The average weight of a 1/4 share box is 30-40lb (double for a half share box and double gain for a whole share). Final payment not due upon hand delivery.
So WHAT is a Pork Box and WHY buy one??
This is what real pork tastes like - and you will never find it in any grocery store. Our pork is ruby red, moist, tender and lightly sweet with balanced fat and marbling, thanks to a diet consisting primarily of pastured grasses, roots, orchard fruits, and nuts. Ideally suited for fine dining, grilling, roasting, premium sausage, or traditional bacon and charcuterie.
How much freezer space do you need? Not as much as you think! The average home freezer above or below your refrigerator is typically 3 to 5 cubic feet, so:
1/4 share requires 2.1 cubic feet
1/2 share requires 4.2 cubic feet
whole share requires 8.6 cubic feet (most people use a top loading drop freezer for this quantity).

Delivery Options
1.) Place your order and we will contact you to schedule a date for hand-delivery within 100 miles. ($10 + $.99 per mile after 100 miles);

2.) Come visit our farm yourself for a tour of our 100% BioDynamic, pasture and forest-raised pork operation and pick up your box on the designated date.
