Mangalitsa pork is the more rarefied and premium pork on earth. There is no pork that can match it - not the famed Berkshire or even Iberico pork which is derived from the Mangalitsa. Hardly domesticated, the Mangalitsa is a wild Hungarian breed brough the the United States in small quantities in the 1960s. These pigs are NOT commercial pigs that grow to 300lbs in 6 months. Instead, they take 15-18 months to mature, primarily eating what they can forage in our woodlands and pastures.

Mangalitsa pork has unparalleled marbling, rich flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Known as the "Kobe beef of pork," it comes from heritage-breed pigs that naturally produce meat with a high content of healthy fats, which are loaded with omega-3s and antioxidants. Raised in our intensively regenerative system, Mangalitsa pigs thrive on forest forage and diverse diets, resulting in pork that’s not only decadent but also more nutritious than conventional alternatives.
