What’s ‘in the bundle? 30 -34 lbs. of selected cuts, $7.50lb.
As we fill orders there are inevitably certain cuts that don't make the grade for Micheline tier restaurants - a giant brisket, sausage in uneven links, chuck eye steaks that haven't been trimmed quite right, and so on. This box will be a selection of those cuts, chosen by us, from this stockpile, and we will make it worth your while! This will be about 32 pounds, but the exact weight will vary depending on what fits in the box. This will not include organ meats or anything too weird!*Note that final counts may vary slightly depending upon harvest weights.
