Four Month Summer Bouquet Subscription - 2025 - (Limited Quantity Available)
Are you a flower enthusiast who loves the joy of having fresh, beautifully arranged bouquets around the house regularly? Do you want to surprise your friends and family with the gift of thoughtfulness? If so, our Summer Bouquet Subscription is the perfect choice for you!
What is a Summer Bouquet Subscription?
Our Summer Bouquet Subscription is essentially a CSA membership. CSA is an abbreviation for Community Supported Agriculture - a subscription program some small farms offer in which individuals sign-up for membership in advance to receive regular deliveries of vegetables or flowers. Slots are intentionally limited to ensure each subscriber receives the utmost care and attention. A CSA is a great way to support local farmers because paying in advance helps them with upfront costs like seeds, compost, soil amendments, and other supplies.
Why buy a subscription?
Rather than buying one-off bouquets each week, when you purchase a Bouquet Subscription, you receive the first pick, best seasonal blooms, and unique, limited varieties not available to the general customer. Additionally, each subscriber will be invited to a VIP farm experience featuring a tour of the farm and flower gardens, complimentary cocktails from our on-farm distillery, and a U-Pick event. Details are seasonal and TBA.
How many Bouquets are in a subscription and when do they arrive?
Bouquets will be prepared bi-weeklyfor four (4) months between July through October (until first frost). Exact pick-up dates will be based upon seasonal growing conditions.
Farm Pick-Up Details:
Farm pick-up is on Thursdays, any time after 4:00pm. Subscribers will also receive weekly reminder emails regarding pickups.
Local Delivery Option:
We currently offer personal delivery on Thursdays within a 10 mile radius of Erie, PA for an additional $65 (delivery for the entire season).

Additional Information and Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ):
PAYMENT
By proceeding with payment I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my slot in the CSA for the respective season.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for the first thirty (30) days after purchase. After this refund window, no refunds are available for cancellation. Members may, however, choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person must pay the original shareholder directly.
CHANGES
Accommodations outside of the designated delivery dates, times and locations are available. Please note that we are a very small, family operation and greatly appreciate your efforts to minimize and streamline individual email communication.
RISK
As a CSA member, you share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. Subscribers agree and understand that the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, drought, tropical storm, hurricane, or tornado. While not guaranteed, we will do our best to make up for any unideal weeks with additional flowers or an extra bouquet later in the season.
FLOWER CARE & LONGEVITY
Flowers are a perishable product, however, by purchasing from our small, local farm rather than from an outlet that has them shipped in from over seas, your fresh flowers will last much longer with a variable vase life of 5 days to 2 weeks or more (depending on the environment, variety, and owner care). All bouquets are delivered within 24-36 hours of harvest and in peak condition. Ridgemeade Farm will not be held responsible for shortened vase life or poor flower quality after shares are delivered or picked up and members are encouraged to diligently follow our flower care instructions (Click Here). Should there be any issues, subscription members must contact Ridgemeade Farm within 12 hours to alert them of the issue, and when possible shoulld include photographs to document the problem.
COMMUNICATION
Email – By signing up for the CSA, I understand that I will be added to the “Barnyard Bulletin”, our farm’s weekly email list. This is how Ridgemeade Farm communicates updates and changes, as well as what will be in shares each week. Ridgemeade Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails being redirected to your spam folder. Please notify the farm immediately if you do not receive an e-mail receipt of your payment or any of our weekly CSA emails.
Phone – Ridgemeade Farm may need to contact you via phone regarding your share if the information is time-sensitive (i.e. alert of a same-day change to your CSA pickup), or if you are not responsive to attempts to contact you via email.
All of our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information regarding our customers. We do not sell or make our email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties. Our farm shop website is a secure site hosted by Square Space where your personal and payment information will be safe with a Nationally Approved security protocol.
